We have a dedicated staff whose entire job is to test and engineer products to our quality standards. We don't just pick up the first distribution catalog and start throwing darts to find out which products to sell. We return or discard thousands of dollars worth of product samples a year, simply because we don't like the quality of them.
Plain & simple - if we don't like it .... we don't sell it .... if we wouldn't use it (personally) .... we don't sell it!

The majority of our products are assembled right here - at our location! We have a team that is dedicated to quality control! All items are tested throughout the entire assembly phase. Any item not assembled at our location also goes through the same quality control process!

We know our products. Before any product goes on our shelves or in our web store - they are thoroughly tested. Each member of our sales, technical, and engineering staff go through complete product training before the product launches.

Jansen Electronics is a family run business, now in it's 2nd generation. We have been evolving since 1964. That alone is an accomplishment. Without customer service and quality products, who could stay in business that long? We started out in a railroad caboose as a TV repair store and have continued to grow ever since (and no...we don't fix televisions anymore).

All of our warranty/repair problems are handled in-house! We will never forward you to a 3rd party!

We offer a 30 day - 100% refund. If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly offer a 100% refund on undamaged/like new products (shipping fees not included).
