Extra Long Range Sensor

Our NEWLY over-hauled 8 mile long distance outdoor wireless sensor system is now a 2 piece sensor system. By converting our past design into 2 pieces, this allows the sensor to be mounted at your desired height, but the transmitter can be mounted as high as you would like. This new design allows you to receive even longer transmission distances!

Outdoor sensor features:

• High and low power settings.
• 80 ft long sensor beam detection area.
• 6-12 month battery life on outdoor sensor
• 22 FRS/GMRS channel choices with 38 sub codes.
• Unlimited amount of sensors can be used with 10 different call tones.

Extra sensor includes 10 AA batteries and a swivel mount bracket.

Uses include driveway, outbuildings in remote areas, anhydrous tanks, wildlife trails, anything subject to difficult communications. The exclusive swivel mount system allows the sensor to be mounted on the back side of a pole, tree, or building so it is not as visible to someone approaching it. The weatherproof enclosure can be painted to match the mounting area to “blend” in. Detects people walking or driving from up to 80 ft away.

4 - AA and 2- 9 Volt batteries are needed for the transmitter and are included. 2 - 9 Volt batteries for the sensor are needed and are included. Battery life is estimated at 2-3 years.

This item is for use with Model 8LR4200. This item will not work properly with previous versions of our 8 Mile Long Range Sensors.
